In 2009, after a colorful summer filled with festival adventures and excessive trance dancing, Karl and René decided to join forces and write psytrance music together. Their journey began in the spring of 2010 when they played their very first live set as KLANGMASSAGE (138–146 BPM).

The project quickly gained momentum, allowing them to perform across almost all European countries, Central America, Turkey, Asia, and even spend winter seasons in Goa. In 2013, following yet another vibrant, festival-packed summer, they shifted gears—increasing the tempo to 160 BPM and dialing up the intensity. This evolution birthed their darker, faster alter-ego: KLANGMASSAKER.

Their music is defined by its dancefloor orientation—organic, colorful, wild, groovy, and ecstatic full-power psychedelic trance with a uniquely captivating style.

Musical Journey & Achievements

Over the years, Klangmassaker has blasted some of the biggest dancefloors and festivals across Europe, Asia, and South America. They have performed at renowned events such as:
